Whatever you do ensure that you contact Sky directly and DO NOT return the device to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.
Change the password on your account immediately: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover
Chances are your account has been used to order an expensive device - if you return it to the scammers then they'll have the device and you'll be paying for it.
