Sent a new phone that didn’t order

Sure there is a scam happening have been sent a new Samsung phone watch and earbuds but didn't order them

Whatever you do ensure that you contact Sky directly and DO NOT return the device to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

Change the password on your account immediately: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

Chances are your account has been used to order an expensive device - if you return it to the scammers then they'll have the device and you'll be paying for it.
