Esim error, already in use or faulty

I got a tablet (which is compatible with an esim) from sky. Got my esim and when setting it up the code didn't work. Now it gives me an error when I try and set it up again. Saying that it is already in use or faulty. On the app it's still asking me to set it up with the qr code. When I speak to sky no one has any idea what I'm talking about (and honestly doesn't seem to know how t fix it) I've been cut off 4 times when calling. Does anyone know how to get this fixed?
