Hi,

Can't make calls and texts in roming EU.

Although you don't have to do you have a spend cap set because if you do it will need to be high enough to cover your stay.

Something else to check is that your phone now shows as being abroad as per this:

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad

Calling 'local' numbers is not included in the roaming passport - they are chargeable at International rates.

Ensure you are dialling correctly (i.e. with the full country prefix) and have sufficient spend cap.
