I have sky go extra activated on my account however I can only watch on 2 devices at the same time. I have 4 devices registered and when try to view on a 3rd device I am getting the message:
"You've reached the maximum number of people in your household who can watch content online at the same time"
Is this correct or should I be able to watch on 4 devices at the same time?
Thanks

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works:

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Multiscreen and sky go extra is needed together if you have sky + hd in order to view 4 devices.

I have the same problem. I have sky go extra activated on my account however I can only watch on 2 devices at the same time. I have 6 devices registered and when try to view on a 3rd device I am getting the message:
"You've reached the maximum number of people in your household who can watch content online at the same time"

Ok thanks. Didn't know about the multiroom, I haven't got that.

Is that a new thing because when I originally got skygo extra I was told I could stream on 4 devices and I've never had multiscreen

You are right after checking Sky go extra should let you stream 4 devices!!!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs the message says, Sky Go customers can stream on 2 while Sky Go Extra and Multiscreen/Sky Glass can stream on 4. It isn't the clearest but this is what it is.

I have just hit the same issue and I'm trying to get through to support to resolve. I've been told the same thing about needing multiroom but that's not what I was told when agreeing the latest package I have.
I've gone through SkySuoport on Twitter who passed me a mobile nos to text, Put details into a bot quite a while ago and I'm assuming I'll get a call back?
Anyone got a tip for the fastest route to talk to someone?
