Trying to connect to sky go. Getting error code 0 - 01 telling me to contact sky customer service. This after experiencing issues, now resolved with sky box yesterday.

Are you seeing this on anything you try to do with Sky Go, by this I mean can you view on demand content or live TV ?

Does the error message still appear if you disconnect it from a Sky Q box in it's settings ?
