My Sky Go app TV Guide doesn't show BBC as you describe and it doesn't go up to 900.
If you use Sky Q and aren't on the same household data network as the Q box, or you have Glass/Stream, then BBC channels will not appear in Go at all.

The interesting thing about this here in Wales is our BBC1 and 2 (101 & 2)have been HD for a few years and the SKYGo App did show this on 101 and 102. However since the rest of the UK changed at the beginning of the month we have lost this as well. Doesnt make sense.

But it still doesn't allow me to record. Says I need to update my Q box, but it's up to date and I have a multi room subscription.

Very helpful. I should have worked this out, but the systems seems to be constantly changing. Sky is straightforward compared to the changes at BT.
Use the record to tab for tv guide, then I player to view BBC.
Thank you.

As of today the situation seems to have been resolved in Wales at least. BBC TV guide is back on 101 and 102 plus their other stations.

I don't like the Sky response - all channels should be shown! Seems petty not to!

I am. a Sky Q customer - just wondering why BBC doesn't seem available on programme guide or available to watch on Sky Go

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe BBC doesn't allow their channels to be shown directly via the Sky Go app as they want people to use their own iplayer app. There is a way around this for you if you have a multiscreen sub and that is to connect the app to your Sky Q box so they are on the same internet connection as you should then be able to stream the BBC channels directly from your box.

Many thanks!

It turns out it was phased out gradually for everyone, so several months ago, we were all seeking. BBC1 HD at 101, and BBC2 HD at 102.
The gradual/phased rollout is what caught a lot of people out.
