When I try to login to Sky Go App on Apple TV it says your email has not being verified - finish setting up your account and try again. But my email is verified and the app works on iPad and Sky streaming box. I have whole house/multiple devices.
the QR code just leads to Sky error page but appears to be asking for security question.

But if I login to Sky.com and go to manage my sky
id and try to update security question its stuck on change password and I cant select the security question radial button. Click it all you want it wont select.

Sky support was able to get the app to work on Appletv. They verified my streaming device (puc) and updated my account. When i followed the link from the apple tv which was broken before it worked now. i was able to add a security question, which returned an error when i hit submit but when i deleted the sky app on appletv and reloaded it worked.

Have you checked via your email account that a verification email isn't sitting in the inbox that needs to be acted upon ?

As far as I know I verified the same day the email came in. If i hit verify now it goes to an error page.
