Please can someone help?!
RECORDINGS are not appearing on Sky Go on my Mac Book.
We have Sky Q Multiscreen.
Previously, recordings have appeared no problem. No idea what has changed?
I've tried turning off the router; and the Mac Book; reinstalling Sky Go...nothing works (so far).
Really hope someone is able to suggest a solution.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOn settings on the Sky Go app is the connection to your Sky Q box turned on and the same on your Q box as there should be a setting somewhere related to Sky Go that needs to be turned on.

Unfortunately, the Sky Go settings is ON so it's not that.
The mystery (& frustration!) continues...
