Sky Go iPad can’t delete failed downloads

After a failed download to my ipad, the program shows in the downloads section, but it cant be played or deleted, and Im not able to restart the initial download of that program

Deleting the app, rebooting it and installing it again might delete these failed downloads.

I have tried this a few times, when it reinstalls, they are still there,
