I am trying to watch season 2 episode 2 'Grounded' of Manifest but it won't play. On sky go on my iPad it says 'sorry, something went wrong. Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this content. Please try again later'. On sky go on my MacBook it gives me error code 1311-IH and says the show is currently unavailable. But the episodes before and after work fine. I have tried downloading it but that doesn't work. I have also tried on my actual TV with the sky box and it still won't play or download.

I have tried streaming it on the sky go app on my iPad and on my MacBook. I have tried downloading the episode to both of those devices but it won't work. I tried to download it to my sky box via the sky go app, it said it was successful on the app but when I turned my tv on and looked in my downloads, it was there but when I clicked on it, it said the download was unsuccessful.

There is an ingoing issue with downloads to Sky boxes as you can see on the status page here:

Ok thank you, hopefully they'll sort it soon then. Just a bit odd that it's just this episode I have the problem with. The episodes before and after are fine.
