Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFrom today you can add discovery+ free of charge.
NOTE- sign up is done on the stream or glass device and not the my sky app.
Head to the MySky tab at the bottom of home page and go into marketplace then select discovery plus and add this the price displayed is £0.
Then follow on screen instructions to setup an account or link to existing account.
Enjoy

@Jayboy1990 Was it a giveaway? All I'm offered is Apple+, horrid Henry, Katherine Ryan and keepflit.

I still seem to have Discovery+ access anyway, transferred over from Sky Q. It auto-renewed for another year after I switched to Stream in October.

Are you accessing MYSKY on glass on the homepage and then going into the marketplace tab?

Some people never had the Q offer, or others joined sky for first time with glass and stream so the offering covers those users.

Not seeing it on mine either to be honest.
Is it on the same page where you add Cinema, Sports, etc?

@Jayboy1990 Sorry, didn't realise you meant the homepage on the tv, thought you meant Sky.com homepage.

Same here, I was trying on the web page. I'll do it on the TV when I get home.
Thanks for the heads up.

Great stuff, added. I have a question though... why's it free? What's in it for Sky?

Discovery+ is basically content already across their channels, they have the odd new documentary that's just for Discovery+ but nothing outstanding.
It's extra content for Sky to offer and Discovery will be paying Sky to be on the their platform. It probably makes commercial sense for both parties to work together.
Things may change in time with BT becoming close bedfellows of WB Discovery.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can now access the Eurosport content on the Sky Discovery+ app but you may have to re-activate the app - pretty simple scan the QI code and enter the on screen number into a web page. The Australian Open tennis qualifying games are there.
We are told this is not a time limited offer so is probably the result of a deal between Sky and Warnet Discovery. However given the joint venture Warner have with BT Sport some of the content might go back behind a paywall when that launches.

Well that's a bit extra, good news.
It works just tried. I'm not a sports fan but for those who enjoy it a good result.
