@Sam13 You're not addressing Sky by posting here.
What is your broadband speed? How is your Glass TV connecting to your hub?
What speed are you getting to the Glass TV? Open netflix on Glass, go to Get Help, run connection test.
You need a minimum of 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD, anything less and you will have issues with Glass.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
