Well Sky won't provide an answer.
The Sky streaming platform is a closed platform, unlike the satellite platform, which means that a carriage deal needs to be agreed between the broadcaster and Sky which would cover a range a range things like technical requirements of the stream along with financial arrangements for the channel to be carried.
