I want to send my thanks and appreciation to the lady on the phone earlier today (11/03/24) from the cancellation team. After 3 weeks of chasing and speaking to no end of employees at sky from all different teams my account has finally been updated to reflect my contract. Every employee (at least 3) I spoke to wrote notes on my account and said a manager would have to amend the details but after x amount of working days my contract details wouldnt change.
Unfortunately I didnt catch the employees name but I do have her work identification number (Removed). Again I would like to thank this employee as well as her manager. I hope they recieve this message as well as any appraisal benefits they could be entiltled to for outstanding customer service.

I called to cancel my broadband and Sky TV as I am moving back in with my parents with my children following a very abusive relationship. As I was still in contract there was quite a large cancellation fee. I started to panick as money is extremely tight for me at the moment. As I wasn't cancelling to go to a different provider, etc, Stephanie spoke to her manager and they were able to resolve this for me. This isn't the only reason I wanted to say thank you to Stephanie... I was very upset and emotional on the call and Stephanie was so kind and patient with me. Although she was also upset by the call she reassured me this is all temporary and life will start to get better. She also gave me the name of a charity that may be able to help. Please, please give her the recognition for what she did for me today. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do and I am truly grateful she answered my call today.

I'm not one to normally leave feedback on things like this but I have to leave a review about my phone call today. I rang up sky customer services today 07/03/2023 as I wanted to set my dad up with sky in his house. I was put through to a guy called Daley, I think he said he was in a Newcastle branch. When I say Daley, was a breath of fresh air I mean it. I have the worst anxiety about ringing up companies and asking to change or amend things, he made it so easy to do as he explained everything he possibly could. Myself and my dad had Daley on loud speaker as the account was going into my dads name but he likes me to be there because I can understand it abit better, not only did Daley do an amazing deal for him, he also made sure my dad understood everything aswell what he was getting, how it was going to work, shown us how to work the sky go and my sky ID account honestly above and beyond, it's not very often you're met with such a friendly character when ringing big companies but Daley was exactly that, it was quite a long phone call as we got to chatting and laughing but myself and my dad said after the phone ended we have never experienced someone so kind and friendly but also so professional. I really hope this message gets back to him, as he fully deserves the recognition for the top quality customer service he displayed today!

Dear Sirs, We recently took the decision to migrate from BT broadband to Sky. There were a host of reasons for the move but was a tough one as I’ve been loyal to BT for as long as I can remember. When the new router was installed on 16 January, we had a number of teething problems and in the end called your service centre. The service was appalling. It was either a case of the engineer not understanding the problem or us not understanding the engineer, due in part to language issues. On Sunday 22 January, we had enough and wanted to revert back to BT. However, we made one last call and we’re put in touch with a hero, Paul Taylor from Sheffield. This man was excellent and saved the day. He was clear and concise and spoke in a nice Yorkshire accent and listened to our problems. He then went about a process of solving the issues systematically and logically to a way we understood. Clear & concise, without talking down to you. It was extremely refreshing and saved the day because we were genuinely considering moving back to BT. He was patient and spelled out what he was doing and why he was doing things. It took him ages to solve our problems but at the end our router was set up correctly and our broadband has worked perfectly since. This was like a breath of fresh air compared to several other engineers we spoke to earlier, who were intolerant of our problem and in my view were close to being rude. Not only did Paul sort things out but the kind man called me yesterday to see how things were. He really did show an interest and empathy and went above and beyond service levels. It was a delight. Well we decided to take the SKY Q offer of a free installation in August 2023.We ahd a booking for 4 weeks off and waited in on the day a lady came and she couldnt do the instalation as it was on our foof some 30 ft high and had to use a cat ladder but informed us that dshe only went up strait ladders and propmley went away having done nothing. I called the following day exspaing what had happens but the service center was unaware and he set up another fitting day 2/3 weels time.This tme 2 vans turned up so we were happy !! that this will get done as these guys had lots of equipment to scale our very low house.They asked to speak and told us the roof was wet and slippery as it had been raining early on and also there were wasps near where they wanted to climb I suggested that they did it from the back of the house but said safety was our main concern which I totaly agree with and then left us again!! went to get the post from the bottom of the drive they were partked up down the road some 20 mins after leaving. Anyway onto SKY again and same thing booked us in and the guy came and chatted I explained what had happened he was amazed but took a view of how to deals with changing the transponder only and got his ladder screwed to the vall full climbing gear on and promply went up and fitted the item. So after that Alex Scarborough setup everything and can honestly say what a credit to SKY he is soHelpfull and cannot thank him enough a real joy to have had Alex do our instalation Many Thanks to Alex. On 16 October I was helped tremendously by your engineer, Ivaylo Bosilkov. He sorted our problems out in a clear, concise and friendly manner. He was patient and polite throughout our entire interaction and resolved the issues. Ivaylo arranged to send an engineer to our home the very next day to resolve our Wi-Fi issues. James arrived the next day and he too was so helpful and sorted our problems out. The sky tv advisor was quick efficient and so helpful. Checked why I was unable to buy online, checked coverage and had installation booked within a matter of minutes. Amazing service. Quick than going through an online process I think! The sky tv engineer was amazing, got everything up and running as first time sky users. Quick, got the job done. As for the engineer who installed the broadband, I was left disappointed, put wires in our bins, the wrong bins! Emptied his van of his rubbish into a bag and badly 'hid' the bag under a piece of cardboard outside our back door, not even in the bin, and without asking if he could use our house as a dumping ground. Now we've to pay to dump his rubbish. In addition, he should have installed where I was asking him to install but he told me the box and wiring had to be direct to the outside of the house, I have since spoken with an electrician who told be that was him taking the simplest route, he should have done as I requested. I was gutted and a little tetchy... step in Irish Shaun, and my day has been great ever since. Not only is this fella patient and understanding, he is also so kind and great at his job!! Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me but she went above and beyond to sort out my issue. I had an issue with my sim card when I purchased a new phone and I thought I had sorted it until it was time for my data to restore and I didn't get the amount I was paying for. After a very unhelpful phone call, basically saying the deal was no longer valid even though I could see it on my account, I was transferred to a different department. The lady was very friendly and chatty, listened to my situation and instead of fobbing me off she came up with a deal as close to my old one as possible. She explained everything in full and made sure it was the right deal for me. Sky customer services are some of the best I've ever used and I always hang up the phone feeling very happy with the outcome.

I phoned today as 3 contracts are due to expire, checked offers online and wasn't in my best interest to stay with sky as affects weren't great. Not only was Courtney well spoken and easy to understand but she was very helpful and went out of her way to find better offers for me so in the end I doubled my data and signed up to another 12 months, so Better data plan so won't run out and can roll over data to my sons if needed. Hi I would like to thank your wonderful employee who helped me get my services reinstated after a previous college misled me by stating my services would be reinstated if I paid a certain amount only to then say I had to pay a further 65 pound. Your employee then took the time to break down my bill and explain why it was so high and work out how much to pay weekly to prevent it bring suspended again. I want to say a big thank you to a gentleman that resolved my problems with sky payment issue on Monday the 1st of May. Andrew saw that i was not happy with the situation at the time, he was very calm and he did calmed me down. He listend to my complaint and kindly resolved the matter. I worked with customer complaint in my former Job and I wanna say this guy is exceptional! Tim was the most professional person I had the pleasure to interact with in a long time. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and most definitely possessed a problem-solving mentality. He was extremely good at solving current needs but also at identifying future ones. Speaking to a very nice customer service agent called Lorraine who is part of the Sky mobile team in Dunfermline about a refund as the IVR system had put me through to them instead of the proper team dealing with refund's. Went through the whole process of when the refund was supposed to drop back into my bank accountand find out it was just sitting as credit on my account and would not come out to me for another month. But was able with Lorraine's help to get this refund out quicker to help with the cost of my new provider. I was also given options on the use of my spare piggybank data and making full use of this going forward. Just like to say a big thank you to Lorraine rom the great chat.

HUGE thanks to David who did my install at CF64 yesterday morning. Had many Sky installs over the years and this guy is the best engineer by far! It was a communal install and he went above and beyond, offering advice on all aspects of Sky and its set-up. Even though I am not new to Sky Q, he took me through all the features, ensured everything was working and all aspects of my package were live. He was genuinely an awesome guy!
