Helpful during a difficult situation

Last night I had to call Sky to cancel my mother's Sky contract as her health has declined to the point her TV is unused. 

I was put through to the accessibility team and spoke to Pam. She was beyond helpful and so very friendly and understanding.

I can't thank her enough for dealing with this delicate situation in an excellent and efficient manner.
