I contacted Sky on 5th May 2023 at 9.53 regarding signal problems with my mobile phone. I was lucky to talk to Marigold who was extrememly helpful (a score of 10), has endeavoured to help me solve my problem (score 10) and I am now waiting for a new sim card to arrive from Sky. It is unfortunate that I did not receive an email or text to enable me to provide feedback for the help I received so I thought I would send this contact form.
