Just had a lovely informative chat with the best customer support colleague I have ever encountered in over 15 years of being a customer. So helpful, clear and simply amazing putting my mind at ease. I have had some terrible experiences with some in the past. Actually felt like I was chatting with an old friend and felt valued and looked after. I am quick to complain but also when credit is due, I will let people know. After many calls to a call center, I was getting annoyed with the answers I was getting they, all the staff was intrested was selling me more sky products , which I did not want or require. I was ready to cancel some of my sky services after 23 years, I gave Sky one more chance and luckily I got the good call centre and spoke to Alan, he was helpful, attentive explained things clearly and a credit to your company, So good on you Alan and I hope other Sky customers get through to you. I just had a call with the call centre in India. The lady that I spoke to was called Jacinta and was extremely helpful and polite. She made sure I understood everything that was being offered and got the right deal for me. She really brightened my day and is a real asset to the company. Hi, I would like to thank Andrea, who I spoke to after ringing the sky customer service number, and going through the options to the broadband team and then the not working team (hopefully you can find the right person!). I rang up yesterday when the openreach engineers turned up over a week early to put in my new phone line for Sky and activated it. I didnt have a Sky hub, and my Internet wasn't due to be installed/activated till the 8th March. She was so incredibly helpful, efficient, polite and kind, and she did her absolute best to try and help me, going above and beyond, and gave me a solution to sorting the issue. She then followed up the next day confirming what she had done, and offering further suggestions and recommendations. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated her efforts and solutions for me, she was an absolute star! This was my first real experience with Sky/ the Sky team/an issue with Sky, as I'm only just switching over and it was such a positive experience that has confirmed I made the right decision. I hope any further interactions are so positive! So if you could pass on a thanks or a commendation to her I would really appreciate it. I'm very optimistic about my future with Sky. I'd like to thank the person who helped sort out my account yesterday (I can't remember his name unfortunately). I think the installer had done something he shouldn't have so it took some sorting. I just wud like to say that I phoned sky last night 21st feb spoke to an operator called Jamie who was very helpful about my query for a sky mobile phone he made arrangements to call me back this evening @5.30/600pm he went home early so I was put on to another operator from sky whose name was Emma and I must say it was the most pleasant operator I've ever had to deal with she was absolutely A1 doin her job she put my order in and helped me with my sky account and she done her very best to get me sorted ✅ in the end she got it sorted for me she was absolutely amazing so I'd just like to say we'll done sky for employing people like her she fixed everything for me so Thank you Emma & sky.

I would like to let SKY know that I have had cause to phone the SKY hekpline on two occasions in the past 10 days and on both occasions received excellent help and advice. The first occasion I spoke to Mohammed Waleed who was extremely patient, knowledgeable and reassuring and helped me to resolve my issues right away. Today I spoke at length to Mohammed Irshan regarding a dodgy email I had received. He too was very knowledgeable and patiently talked me through the process of blocking and removing the "scam" email I had received and also made sure that my email account was secure. On the 17th Jan @ 08.30 Simon the Sky engineer attended our home. We had issuse with our internet that had been down for several days. I cannot fault Simons service. He was extremely efficient, explaining exactly what he was doing, all the while working very professionally. Simon also , had to look at sky in our garden office, where he was also very helpful, and again he was very efficient. Simon also made sure to wear protective shoe covering, worked cleanly, and removed all packaging. It was a pleasure to have Simon sort out out issues and we are now up and running so smoothly. I want to say a big thanks to Jenny who spent as much time as needed last night to find the right deal for us. Early last year we had to move out of our cherrished home due to it being flooded and rented a property so gave up sky for the 1st time in 30 years. We have just moved back and contacted SKY and they are one of the only truely customer focused companies left. The training they provide their staff is evident in how amazingly they treat you from the get go of any interaction. Jenny asked lots of relevant questions and made sure we wouldn't be paying for anything we just don't need. I was shocked at how reasonable the deal was with so many extra's. Sky please don't change your focus on customer service as you have really hit the sweet spot. I would appreciate you passing on my thanks for lovely Jenny for all her help and support. Wanted to say a massive thank you to the Sky TV engineer who carried out my installation at Kenley Road, Wimbledon on Saturday 3rd Dec. Despite arranging the installation a number of weeks in advance, my broadband router had failed to arrive by the time of the installation. The engineer acknowledged how frustrated I was so went out of his way to source a router from a Sky FTTP installer nearby and managed to carry out the work meaning I had internet and TV on the weekend I moved into my new home. A real credit to the company and someone who went above and beyond to do the job!

Hi In the 12 years I have been with Sky not had many issues but alas found people at Sky were very helpful going above and beyond if needed.I always fill the satisfaction emails from Sky positively,credit where credit us due. Just had Sky Q installed by an engineer named Robyn in the Haworth, West Yorkshire area. Thoroughly fantastic experience. She was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Rather her than me fitting a new dish on the roof in the horrible weather! I have a rather enthusiastic dog when visitors arrive but she gave time to get to know the dog, which was fantastic. I wish good reviews could be sent direct to the people involved as it is great to receive good feedback and makes you feel good for the day.

Hi I spoke to Shivam today for the second time to finish setting up my sky tv and broadband package. Because they were on 2 seperate finish dates in my rental property he made sure to call me back a few days after to set up the broadband. While I understand this is probably normal practice I did appreciate his handling of my account set up. He handled my account with proffessionalism, was lovely and polite to talk to and also very helpful. I felt he explained everything to me and eased my concerns about dates of connection so close to Christmas. What a fantastic team member you have. Its nice to talk to someone who genuinely wants to help and I wanted to ensure sky knew what a fab job he did! Thankyou Shivam!
