Why would anyone want to 'Thank Sky' ?
Useless customer service ,dreadful programming and scheduling to name but a few things.
Promises made and broken every second.
If you are not one of the 'chosen ones' you get treated like dirt.
No doubt the 'Soup Users' will be outraged but so what !
