Since changing to sky q and a new broadband package I am continually having ridiculously slow connecting. The little "wheel" goes round and round forever until I give up. What can be done?

After 3 failed frustrating phone calls talking to machines and then getting cut off, I eventually spoke to a very nice lady, Sarah, who helped me sort out the problem with my router. It was the sky shield!! She took it off and all seems well. Thanks Sarah. 🤞🤞🤞🤞it is fixed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo for starters it may be that your using an iOS device, there is a known issue with the Sky hub admin interface and iOS devices so can you try using a non-iOS device or at least using a different browser on your iOS device.
As for the login it should be username: admin Password: sky OR your default WiFi password printed on the hub

Blue bar only goes this far and the "wheel" is continually going round.

I changed from Safari to Firefox and then tried chrome none helped. Took a picture of the screen but not showing, just the yellow triangle

I tried admin and then sky. Wheel was going round and round and the blue line at the top was only about half an inch long and nothing happened. Screen picture I tried to post just shows a yellow triangle.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHmm maybe just try a factory reset on the hub? Perhaps the admin password isnt right. To factory reset hold the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds. Then try logging in using the chrome browser
