Broadband hub replacement

Hi everyone, 

I replied to the email about no further updates to our Sky hub from Dec 2025 and ordered a replacement. 

This arrived within 2 days ( very impressed), however, even though we have reconnected mobiles and laptop to the new WiFi number and password, our Amazon Prime, Disney and Netflix no longer works, says not connected to the Internet. We have done the usual unplug etc but not sure what to do next. Also we have the extra Sky Q mini box in the bedroom, and that TV is having the same issues. Both tvs are LG.

Any help is much appreciated.
