Conversion Kit

I moved house on 24th of January and the conversion kit was send to my new address on 18th of January, but is not here.  The engineer came on 28th and said he couldn't do the job so I rebooked it and wass told a new kit would be sent.  It has still not arrived and the engineer is due on 20th of February, I have been on sky chat and allsorts and am worried that the engineer will come on Thursday and toddle off without being able to do what is necessary, oh and I am paying for all of my sky services even althought I don't have the tv package!  Any advice is so welcomed!

What is the engineer coming to do?

And, what is the conversion kit you are expecting?
