I have already received a sky puck for tv and don't see the need to get all this extra equipment.

The l2c as @TimmyBGood says happens when for example the house is cladded and may not support a tetra ladder having to be secured to the wall

I wanted to notify that (I am almost certain) that the house for installation is not cladded.

Where there's FTTP in the area, that's what ISPs will now use for any new order.

Do I need to disclose it?

I can only think of two
A cladding as previously discussed
B listed buildings were openreach would not be allowed to drill for conservation reasons
So any ideas would be helpful 👍 However it may not change the outcome but you will find out on the day

Thanks. Is the case disclosed now?

I don't know what you mean by disclosed. I thought you meant that you had an idea of what the issue may be

I meant as in, is there a way to close this conversion because I've managed to ask the questions I needed to ask and I recieved the responses I needed.
that's why I was asking whether I need to do anything to stop receiving notifications or is that something from you side that you have to do.
