The message on the website is still the same and I've heard no more from Sky since Easter Sunday. At the moment I'm just waiting til Friday to see if Openreach turn up!

Could you fill out the form in the link below and post a screenshot hiding the private information in the top--left corner and the forum can take a look to see if this might be the possible hold up in the order.

Find out more@Gooner1968 if an engineer appointment has been scheduled then you can probably ignore the message I had a similar issue when my own fibre line was being run. The delay is down to the shortage of Openreach teams doing the work which often requires several stages. There appears little Sky can do to hurry the process and both they and the customer need to be patient until Openreach get round to finishing the job.
