@Dr_g-nz a lot depends on exactly what the messages say and what device or system is producing them.
By far the most common security threat in 2025 is a user clicking on a dodgy link and installing a rogue program. However you can get security warnings for other reasons for example Apple devices running ios can warn thst Sky hub's WiFi is insecure which in praxtice it isnt unless you have changed the settings. Browsers can give warnings if you try tolog into the Sky hub's web interface againits a false warning asthe web pages can only be accessed from devices in hour home.
