Hey!
My Openreach box is currently underneath the stairs in area that isn't completely central, I currently have ports in the area the Openreach box is and ports that are in the livingroom (a much preferred spot to have the hub) is it possible to get the Hub working in the livingroom using these ports? (I have attached pictures of the ports in the livingroom and underneath the stairs next to the Openreach ONT box)
Thanks in-advance!

Potentially yes, as long as there's actually Cat5e ethernet cable behind them and you can link the two locations on one contiguous run.
Unfortunately it looks like the developer has done the usual trick of having sockets put in with no labelling of any kind.

@JoanneRams unless you have removed it yourself you appear to be missing the power supply for the Openreach ONT. People for some misguided reason take these with them when they move which is a pain for the new resident as they have to call Sky to get Openreach out to give you a new one.

Hey Chrisee,
Exactly what's happened here, we have moved in and the power cable has been mistakenly taken. Have to wait for activation date tomorrow to call and get a new one through Openreach
