@Roy+MBE most common cause is that is due to you having Sky Q boxes. These will keep the old Sky SSID name if they are not connected to a compatable Sky hub. If you have a black Sky hub make sure the main Sky Q box is connected properly. If your new hub is white you cant do anything about the old name appearing as the two systems are incompatable.
