Wi-Fi had been intermittent and now have no Wi-Fi at all. It’s been out all day and it has been off
My Wi-Fi has been going off and on for the last few months or so I had two engineers from BT come out and check the line and change the line indoors and it was told that this was all sorted and then my Internet went off and back on again off and on I spoke to someone the other day they have now booked an engineer for Friday however Today my Wi-Fi has been off all day and is still not come back xxx

I’m getting really annoyed now as I'm paying for something and not being able to use it and this has been like this for a long time now I need this sorting

If an engineer is already booked for Friday then there isnt much else Sky can do

This is the 3rd engineer to come out 2 from BT connect and one from Sky so you can see why I'm getting a little impatient now this has been over the space of quite a few months now
