I have just today signed up to Sky TV and Full Fibre Broadband afer being with Virgin for 20 years.
Everything is showing as moving along in the MySky App. My question being is related to the Openreach install. When I was making the order it said they would need to install the FTTP to my property. The Sky Broadband engineer is due on Wednesday 2nd April, do Openreach arrive on the same day or is their work done prior to the Sky engineer.
The telephone line that is currently running to our house is the old copper wire and we don't have a BT box inside the house.
Thanks in advance.

1 stage install with an overhead feed usually means the fibre is taken over to the house and internal ont are installed on the same day

Thank you so much, That was quick! Let's hope everything goes as smooth as my first interaction with the rest of the install

Re: New Customer Openreach FTTP Installation
I note that a hoist is required so hopefully they will have one available on the day or that could put back your activation day. But hopefully not
