Sky max booster pod

Hi, can anyone help, it's so difficult to get to speak to a real person, last week I ordered a sky max pod and have heard nothing since. I have spent a good while on my account and can't find any orders or messages. Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks, having had a PM chat, it turns out sky have not placed the order although tall the notes can been seen on the account. I have now been advised I need to call again to place the order which I find unbelievable. Very disappointed with sky so far.
