Sky Max hub wont complete set up

The sky max hub set up doesnt complete in the app, it keeps saying something went wrong and to try again.

The hub has been in place for 4 weeks now.

Tried signing out of the app, resetting the password and reinstalling but still the same result.

 

Does the hub need a firmware update?

This can often be a backend issue with your account that needs to be solved by Sky.
