Sending back broadband router

Hi, so i'm being sent a new router from Sky. The lady on the phone said the delivery driver will take the old one when i'm given the new one. Will the new one come with all the leads needed or do i need keep my old ones?

About to pack it away ready but need to be sure on the lead situation, whether to pack them in the box with the router or not.

@Daniiii

@GD1 would the average postie carry around the necessary click and collect forms or is it best to print a click and collect sticker ?

@cookiemonsteruk  Depends on the courier, if it's parcel force they may be able to accept it.

But may be a good idea to print the label for the return.

@Daniiii  I would keep hold of the other router until you know the new one is working without issue. The person delivering your new one is not going to stick around for you to make sure of this and you don't want to be left without internet if there is something wrong with the new router not connecting.

If you use the link below you can either print your own label or get the post office or shop to do this for you depending on which service you use.

If someone has helped give them Like.

Re: Sending back broadband router

@Highlinder my old routers broken anyway, hence them sending a new one out to me so i'd be without a router either way but thankyou, i'll keep this in mind if they ever send another for upgrade etc 🙂
