I have a red light on my hub and I've tried the checks as requested and it's stating that the internet, and TV are not working, I've tried resetting the hub, what can it be.

Re: Red light on hub
@Dean131 a red light on the white Sky Max hub means the hub has cost connection to the exchange. Use this troubleshooter to see what to do https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

So I've done the automated tests on the phone and spoke to a sky advisor, who also did the same tests, to be told it could be upto three days for an engineer to come out, WOW !!!
