Left sky and wasnt expecting a bill
Hi, I left sky at the end of my contract period and thought that billing was monthly in advance so wasnt expecting a bill this month, went to check on my bills and its says the page is locked so i cant view of my bills for the past 2 years, does anyone know how to fix this without having to phone and be on hold forever? Thank you

Whst date did you leave Sky and what was the date of this bill ?
Did you leave Sky by giving them 14 days notice to cancel your broadband or by signing up to another provider ?

Hi, I cant see my bill to see the date it comes up with a restricted message. I gave over 14 days notice and left on the last day of my contract period, Thanks for responding

@Deb88 Sky prepare direct debits 14 days beforectge money is taken for the following month so its not unusual to be devited after noticecis given. A credit will becaplliedcto your account and the money repaid but thst requires Skybyonstill have your direct debit details. If you want the credit faster givecthem a call.
