Discussion topic: No broadband hub

No broadband hub

Hi there, 

 

I have an engineer due to install broadband on Wednesday 5th February but the hub hasn't arrived yet. I've looked in the my orders part of my account and nothing is showing there. Can you please tell me where the hub is and what happens if it doesn't arrive before the engineer is due?

The hub is delivered via Royal Mail and is usually dispatched in order to arrive a day or two before the activation date,

It's the day before instillation and I still haven't had any delivery of the broadband hub. I've checked with my local post office and it's not there either. Not sure what to do now. Should I call your customer service line? Is there any possibility that the engineer could bring a hub with him when he comes to install as I've already been without any Internet for a week?

The only equipment an engineer brings is Sky Q boxes, remotes etc not broadband hubs. 

You could call Sky and see if they have an update. (If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here).
