Sky Router IP address geolocating to UK instead of Ireland

Hi Folks,

Based in Ireland - for a number of weeks now, it appears that my router has been picking up an IP address (51.187.248.???) that is currently Geolocating to Lewisham in the UK. This is impacting on me being able to access Geo restricted services. I have tried logging into the router, disconnecting and  reconnecting. However this made no difference what so ever.

Spent all day in a convesation with Sky yesterday and thinking about it some more last night, it appears that these type of issues are casued where the location for the IP address (Ireland) hasn't been updated somewhere that is being used by the Geolocation services of the various application. Currently I see this for things like Google search (easily fixed) & Tune In (blocked from access).

So when it looks at multiple providers, it can see that there are discrepencies. 

So looks like its going to be  question of chasing each individual service that is using the out of date location and encouraging them to update.
