Router will not power up - need another without calling the 0333 number at 30p/min?

As the question title really...

 

My old sagem F@ST Router will not power up - the psu is fine, but the lights are not coming on; and It has been dropping wifi connections for ages.

 

I need a new router sending out to me, preferably  without calling the 0333 number at 30p/min.

 

Does anyone know of a way to achieve this?

@Jeanette2025  You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's absolutely antique, and really shouldn't have been in use for about the past decade.

Thankyou GD1 - I will try later tonight on the 0333 number - 08 numbers are 45p min for me... I can't get anything on the sky landline.

 

I was hoping Sky's chatbot could sort this, but it just goes in circles.
