Can someone please help. I have tried everything to connect the sky hub and customer service dosnt go through to a real person to discuss the issues. the red light just keeps coming on as soon as it is reconnected.

@Sammybby93 see this page for what the red light means see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start and what to do. If calling Sky stay on the line tell the bot you need to report a technical fault.

I have managed to get in touch with the sky customer service team to arrange a engineer to come out.
