Wi-Fi keeps dropping
My WiFi keeps dropping making it impossible to watch anything if it's on an app ie Netflix, discovery, Disney etc. I've unplugged my router, put it back in, I've rest the router multiple times and it keeps doing it! It's getting beyond a joke now, when will WiFi 6 be available in my area

WiFi 6 is a wireless technology and makes no difference to the speed or robustness of a broadband connection. The Sky Max Hub is WiFi 6 and is available (at additional monthly cost) to any Sky Broadband user apart from those on G.fast

Unfortunately if your address is on a G.fast connection then you'll see a 'not available in your area' message which is somewhat misleading: the issue is that the Max Hub doesn't contain a G.fast modem and so just won't work.
