I haven't logged into my account using the link supplied in the email, obviously, but came here direct.

Although we're fairly annoyed with them for choosing to use an embedded link for the log-in when we spend a lot of time advising people not to click such things...

Q Hubs (and all earlier models) have unchangeable weak local administrator credentials which means the hardware doesn't comply with the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act.

That's strange, I will have to ring them, we had a free upgrade at the start of 2023.

That's a Q Hub, so due for replacement.

This should be 'free' but I guess Sky could choose to attempt an upsell to the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

Yes this free of charge. I got this email last Monday and got the hub itself on Wednesday.

At the moment, we only have the Sky Entertainment pack and Sky Broadband Superfast.

Looking at the two options, do you know what the cost would be going up to, roughly on each?
