SKY Broadband blocking 3CX
I work from home and it has been established that SKY Boradband sheild has blocked my work phone 3cx. I have raised the issue with Sky weeks ago and they can not help me - They advise the problem is foxed by i'm still unable to make calls working form home. My 3cx telephone system works perfecly if i us my mobile data via vodophone or if i go to work in an office.

I have been looged into my sky account most of the day since approx 10am and not had anyone contact me as advised.

@Maggie39 It doesn't look like a member of the messaging team have yet picked up the escalation, I know they are short staffed so you'll need to give it another 24 hours, if it's not picked up by then we can re-escalate for you.

Urgent: 3CX Phone System Still Blocked – No Response Received
Hi Sky,
I was promised a response earlier this week, but I still haven't heard back. My 3CX phone system remains blocked when working from home, and I believe the Broadband Shield is preventing it from making and receiving calls.
This issue is seriously impacting my work and productivity, and I need it resolved as soon as possible. Please can someone look into this urgently and provide a solution?

My issue with Sky Broadband Shield blocking my work-from-home telephone system (3CX) remains unresolved. This has been ongoing since December 2024 and is severely impacting my ability to make and receive calls, directly affecting my daily workload.
