Problem with main cable for broadband.

Hi I had a couple weeks ago a problem with  internet connection because someone cut the cable and the Openreach did that but today neighbor come to my house and said the main cable for internet going through them house and they have a problem with internet because of us and before they cut the cable a they want to do this again what I can I do with that ?

@Roksana1920  If this neighbour claims they are having broadband issues they need to contact their ISP.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'd observe that for them to cut an Openreach cable and so cause you to lose your service would be illegal.
