Price increase

I got mail which states my broadband price will get increased. It's not been a year I am with sky, doesn't make any sense. If it has to increase I'll opt in for a disconnection.

@Sayantan Sky have a price rise every year in April for all UK customers and in December for customers in the Republic of Ireland.

Your contract price is not fixed.

@Sayantan

Your contract is not a fixed price, the discounts are.

@Sayantan None of the main providers offer fixed price contracts, all I've seen have the option of increasing the amount by CPI +3.9% once per year(usually in April).
