My ONS has no lights on it at all.
I have unplugged at the socket and at the ONS box and tried to reset but nothing i happening, please can you help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreONT (Optical Network Terminal) rather than ONS (Office for National Statistics).
No lights at all would perhaps indicate a power supply failure: have you tried a different device, maybe a lamp, in the same power socket?
