Sky boosters can help in some homes but have limited use to be honest. You can buy whole home wifi systems that can replace your Sky hub's wifi which need not break the bank my 3 unit system cost under £100.
Word of warning if your home has foil faced plasterboard used in the bathroom walls you will always struggle to get a wifi signal in there. Solid brick or stone pose problems but a thin layer of metallic foil is as bad.
@GD1 for many people the bathroom is a rereat from the pressures of family life.
