I no longer have sky tv or sky broadband with yourselves. I got the returns packaging fir the sky q but do you not want the sky broadband router back? I haven't been sent a returns package for the router and it won't fit in the sky q returns packaging. Please advise

Re: Sky router
@Fabulocious if you have the flat type of Sky router then these are no longer being required to be returned as they will shortly be obsolete. Otherwise see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment
