500 Mb/s but getting 150 mb/s on devices

Newly installed 500 mb/s wifi and supposedly getting 400-500 at hub but only see about 130-150 on devices such as iPhone even when iPhone Speedtested at vid of one HUB ....is there a limitation in settings of hub and can you send out sky optimiser person to test wifi versus hub ?

@Dkobyrne

Unfortunately, as the nature of Wi-Fi signals and the spectrum, their range and interference will cause the speed to drop, and there usually isn't a great deal that can be done about it.  All services will work over 150Mbps without issues.
