Smart TV keeps dropping out of broadband coverage then reconnecting.
Sky puck connected to my smart TV keeps dropping out of connection with my hub then reconnecting. Any ideas if there is a wider issue with Sky full fibre broadband?

Re: Smart TV keeps dropping out of broadband coverage then reconnecting.
@KDRobinson almost certainlybpoor WiFi signal to the puck. To test run the Network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. You needcat leastv25Mb/s to watch UHD contrntvand ideally around 35Mb/s. You can improvecthings by making sure both the hub and the puck are out innthe open so not hidden behind the TV.
If tgst diesnt help, and using ethernet cables are not practical you may need somecform of WiFi extender like theones Sky can orovide as part of the https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
