Internet keeps cutting out

Internet will randomly turn orange, start flashing then go back to green but it's an ever going cycle. This has been happening for weeks now and I have no idea what could be causing the problem. Have tried every solution possible, removed the wires and attached them again, turned the switch on and off, rebooted my broadband. Still happens. Here are my router statistics:

@cookiepowerThe next time that this happens can you run the broadband test and not re-start the router. This way the fault might be found.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I'd note that's ADSL broadband on a reasonably long line from the telephone exchange, and so far from anything like modern connection speed even when working properly.

my internet keeps going off then restarting 10 seconds later this is no good im loosing inportant stuff been happening for 3/4 weeks
