@Mohammed26 that implies thst the hub has lost connection to the cabinet che knthe cable from the hub to the incoming service. If your service is still doen this morning run the service checker in the My Sky app as thst should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue. If tgey aren'tvcall them when their phones lines open to report it.
