We are going to need to get this WiFi upgraded
hi guys the Wi-Fi is simply not strong enough. I have been working from home and if I'm watching sky on the TV with a laptop and a phone I lose inevitably one of them
my son is visiting this weekend with a laptop on the phone and we don't get a stable connection on the TV at all is simply not good enough for the amount of money we're spending on this. Can we please look at what upgrades can be hard if I can get a line into the apartment or what my options are because I simply cannot have this level of performance only 26 MPS it's just not enough to work and run the home from looking forward to hearing your feedback. Let me know what we can do next week to improve the service thanks ever so much. Have a great weekend

@Groggs69 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum so dont expectva reply from them you nedd to call to get Sky's help.
Its not clear if your problem is a slow connection to the hub or slow wifi in your property. First check that the speed to the hub is what was promised by running the service checker in the My Sky app which will give you the last spedd test click on thst to see the history and the guaranteed speed for your line if the speed is lower than it should be the app,should offer further help. If you are on the older part fibre service then the speed is determined by the length of the line and isnt something Sky can improve.
If speed tomthe hub is OK then the issue is poor wifi in the property which is affected bybthe layout and type of construction Sky can sell you an add-on to get extenders if wifi speeds are too low but note 25Mb/s is higher then their guarantee. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
